Warranty

     Fine Art Pedestals engineers and manufactures it's products for enduring dependability. Therefore, we warrant to the original owner that our products are - at date of shipment- free from defects in materials or workmanship. Any product which under normal use fails to function for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase that is returned, freight pre-paid, to our studio and found defective in material or workmanship by the Company's inspection, will be repaired or replaced without charge to the buyer or at the election of Fine Art Pedestals a credit will be allowed up to the invoice purchase price of the product. This warranty is inapplicable where, in the judgment of Fine Art Pedestals, the defect is attributable to normal wear, misapplication, abnormal use, misuse, modification or damage after shipment, including damage caused by the buyers failure to properly maintain, or other similar cause. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranties, including any ordinary or particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

Delivery Time for Standard and Custom Pedestals:

1. Standard pedestals deliver in 20 business days or less.
2. Most custom pedestals in 40 business days.
3. Free custom pedestal quote.  24 hour response.
4. Custom order ship dates will be confirmed at customer sign-off.
